We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in their original, unopened packaging. If you receive damaged, moldy, or defective products, or if your order is incorrect, please email returns@venicecigarlounge.com with clear photos to initiate a refund or exchange; in these cases, we’ll cover return shipping and may issue a refund without requiring a physical return of the items. For standard returns (unopened products), original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are your responsibility, with refunds issued within five business days after we receive the returned merchandise. If you prefer, you can opt for store credit (with a 10% bonus) instead of a cash refund. We aim to process quality-related refunds within two business days, and all returns are handled promptly upon approval, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
